Sebagai seorang Chef de Partie, anda akan bertanggungjawab untuk mengawasi stesen-stesen di dalam dapur, memimpin pasukan anda, dan memastikan makanan disediakan dengan kualti tinggi yang konsisten.

Penguasaan Stesen

  • Menguruskan stesen dapur dan memastikan segala operasi berjalan dengan lancar dan efisen
  • Menguasai dan memahami semua hidangan di menu yang berkaitan dengan dapur. Perkara ini meliputi penguasaan teknik penyediaan, prosedur memasak dan cara penghidangan untuk mencapai kualiti dan konsistensi yang mantap.
  • Memastikan semua stesen sentiasa lengkap dengan bahan yang diperlukan serta merancang keperluan bahan tersebut
  • Bekerjasama dengan rakan sekerja untuk memastikan aliran bahan dan peralatan berjalan dengan lancar.

Kepakaran Kulinari

  • Menyediakan, memasak, dan menyusun hidangan berkualiti tinggi mengikut resipi yang telah ditetapkan oleh chef.
  • Mempunyai pemahaman yang kukuh tentang teknik memasak dan cara untuk mengaplikasikannya.
  • Memastikan kualiti penyajian makanan yang tinggi dan konsisten
  • Mencipta hidangan yang menarik secara visual untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap hidangan tersebut.

Kepimpinan dan Pembimbingan

  • Melatih dan membimbing mana-mana pembantu jurumasak junior atau kakitangan lain yang ditugaskan dengan cara membina persekitaran pembelajaran yang positif dan mengkongsikan ilmu kulinari anda.
  • Memberikan arahan yang jelas, memperlihatkan teknik yang betul, dan memberi maklum balas dengan tujuan membantu jurumasak junior meningkatkan tahap kemahiran mereka.
  • Memberi motivasi dan inspirasi kepada pasukan anda untuk mengekalkan standard yang tinggi serta bekerja dengan cekap semasa perkhidmatan.
  • Keupayaan untuk memimpin pasukan anda dalam situasi tekanan tinggi dan mencabar.

Pembangunan Menu dan Kawalan Kualiti

  • Mengambil bahagian dalam pembangunan menu dengan memberikan cadangan untuk hidangan baru atau penambahbaikan resipi yang sedia ada.
  • Mematuhi langkah dan prosedur yang ditetapkan dengan tujuan mengurangkan kos.
  • Prihatin terhadap kualiti makanan sepanjang proses penyediaan.
  • Mengenal pasti dan membetulkan sebarang isu yang dikenalpasti sebelum makanan dihidangkan kepada pelanggan.

Pengurusan Inventori dan Keselamatan

  • Mengurus inventori dalam stesen anda dengan cara mengambil bahagian dalam pembelian inventori dan memastikan tahap stok yang mencukupi untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan.
  • Mengawal kos dengan mengurangkan pembaziran makanan serta mengoptimalkan penggunaan bahan.
  • Mengutamakan persekitaran kerja yang selamat, bersih, serta mematuhi semua peraturan dan prosedur kesihatan dan keselamatan.

Kerjasama dan Kerja Berkumpulan

  • Berkolaborasi efektif dengan jurumasak lain dengan cara berkomunkasi dengan jelas.
  • Sentiasa menjaga sikap diri yang positif dan profesional walaupun berada dalam persekitaran tekanan tinggi.
  • Menyesuaikan diri dengan keadaan semasa yang sentiasa berubah dan bekerja dengan lancar dan tenang tanpa mengira keadaan.
  • Menegakkan budaya saling menghormati dan menyokong dalam dapur serta memupuk persekitaran kerja yang positif.

Job Type: Full-time
