**Location**: Sabah
- servicing petrol stations nationwide

**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday | 45 hours/week

**Salary**: RM2,500/month + OT (where applicable)

**Role Summary**:
We’re looking for an experienced M&E Technician to join a mobile maintenance team servicing petrol stations across Malaysia. You’ll be responsible for performing scheduled and corrective maintenance on key M&E systems, working on a rotation and standby basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of:

- LV system, lighting, earthing, genset, UPS, ELV
- Air-conditioning, fire protection, cold water & pump systems
- Respond to emergency breakdowns (24/7 standby rotation)
- Ensure safe operation of M&E installations and rooms
- Assist with vendor coordination, site inspections & audits
- Use Asseto system for job tracking and reporting
- Follow legal compliance & internal SOPs
- Support customer communication and issue resolution

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma in M&E, Electrical, Air-Cond, or Building Services
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in facility/property maintenance
- Familiar with high-rise/commercial M&E systems
- Good communication in BM & English
- Team-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills
