**1.Accurately input and update daily production data, including**:
Production reports
Rejection reports
Microbiological test results
Paper bag usage records
Repalletizing records
Metal dust album quantity reports

**2. Documentation & Filing Management**
- Organize and maintain production records, including:
Daily CCP/Packing reports
Residue and rejection records
Transfer and DO forms
Metal counter logs
Closing stock reports
Other essential production documents

**3. Monthly Data Compilation & Reporting**
- Gather and compile data for the **monthly plant report**:

- Prepare **presentation slides** for internal review
- Compare **GMP records** with rejection reports to ensure accuracy
- Organize and maintain **structured filing systems** for easy reference

**4. Additional Responsibilities**
- Assist the **Production Executive** with special tasks
- Ensure smooth workflow by **communicating MO updates** to the team
- Send **metal dust** to the GMP section for processing
- Prepare **documents for mock recall exercises and audits**:

- Maintain **audit-ready documentation** at all times

**Job Requirements**:
**Diploma/Degree** in Manufacturing, Food Technology, or a related field
Prior experience in a **production** or **manufacturing** environment is an advantage
Strong **attention to detail** and accuracy in data entry
Excellent **organizational skills** with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**
A proactive team player with **good communication skills**

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
