**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for promotional activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent marketing strategies.
- Maintain and update marketing databases.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, print jobs, and preparing reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various platforms.
- Proofread and format content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Research industry trends and competitors' activities to inform social media content strategies.
- Compile research findings into reports or presentations for use in marketing strategy development.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Ensure accuracy of information and in time for all digital content and updates.
- Monitor the postings planned (make sure it's published as scheduled).
- Monitor inbox and comments across the platforms (make sure it's all attended by the community management team).
- Keeping up to date with current digital trends.
- To assist in SMS broadcast.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

Good personality and able to work as a team.

Active in social media platforms

Have a good communications skills.

Well verse in English and Bahasa Melayu for both spoken and written.

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
