Job Title: Social Media Chat Support Specialist (non Native Japanese + English Speakers)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Social Media Chat Support Specialist who is fluent in both Japanese and English to join our team in November. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and creating an outstanding experience for our users.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via social media platforms in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Ensure all communication is accurate and reflects the company’s voice and brand.

Language Proficiency: Provide support in both Japanese and English. The ability to switch between languages seamlessly is essential.

Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues. Escalate unresolved issues as necessary.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share it with the relevant teams to improve our products and services.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.

Qualifications:
Proffesional proficiency in Japanese and English.

Experience in customer service or a similar role.

Excellent written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with social media platforms.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
