In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Japanese-speaking customers with their inquiries, complaints, and other related issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued passengers.

**Responsibilities**
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Offer personalized solutions to meet customers' individual needs
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and other reservation-related matters
- Provide guidance and support regarding airline policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions for future reference

**Requirements**:

- Native Japanese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the aviation industry
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
