**主な職務内容**:

- ユーザー生成の短編動画をレビューし、コミュニティガイドラインおよびポリシーに準拠しているかを確認する。
- 不適切または有害なコンテンツを特定し、削除する。
- コンテンツ改善のためのフィードバックや提案を提供する。
- コンテンツチームと協力してユーザー体験を向上させる。
- 日本のオーディエンスに関連するトレンドや文化的ニュアンスについて最新情報を把握する。

**応募資格**:

- 優れた文章および口頭のコミュニケーションスキルを持つネイティブ日本語話者。
- 日本文化およびソーシャルメディアトレンドに対する深い理解。
- 注意力があり、自立して働ける能力。
- コンテンツモデレーションまたは関連分野での経験があれば尚可。
- デジタルツールやプラットフォームの使用に精通していること。

**English**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and moderate user-generated short videos to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
- Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for content improvement.
- Collaborate with the content team to enhance user experience.
- Stay updated on trends and cultural nuances relevant to the Japanese audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Native Japanese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Japanese culture and social media trends.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
