The position main task is to categorize or label the content of Data in applied language. Actively listen and review the content for insensitive language, Intent, title, and other content to ensure it is in compliance with the policies. Hence to be able to rate them on multiple parameters to categorize the content.
- Review user-generated content submitted to an online platform.
- Ensure that label are placed in the right category, are free from scams, don’t include any illegal items, and meet the company's standards and community guidelines
- Analyze content and figure out whether it's harmful or not
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of content moderation activities
- Make decisions about whether to approve or reject content based on company policies and guidelines

**Requirements**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English AND Mandarin (simplified OR traditional character)
- Fresh graduates are welcome with any field of study.
- Malaysian with applied language communication proficiency.
- OKU or PWD card holder
- Open-minded and tech-savy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- KL Sentral: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
