**POSITION - Content Reviewer - English (Speaker) Permanent**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Content reviewers have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

- Providing feedback on writing style, grammar, or content accuracy
- Reviewing articles for plagiarism using software programs such as Turnitin or iThenticate
- Conducting research to identify potential sources of information for the content
- Reviewing the content to ensure that it is consistent with the company’s mission statement, brand identity, and voice
- Evaluating the appropriateness of images and other multimedia elements in the piece
- Suggesting changes to the content to make it more effective or appealing to readers
- Identifying styles and formats that might be appropriate for different types of content
- Revising content to meet audience needs by adding or removing material

**Requirements**:

- Min Bachelor's Degree Qualification Needed
- Freshers are welcomed especially should have experience in Customer Service at least for 1 Year
- Fluent and good communication in English
- Able and willing to work in rotational shift
- Fresh Graduates Basic RM3.5K Fixed & Exp Content Moderator from RM3.8K - RM 4K
