**Job Summary**
- This roles supports a Manager for all reporting, tracking and data collection on Risk Management and Compliance matters for FFM Marketing and branches.
- Supporting orders and logistics transactions, updates and tracking.
- Partnering with other colleagues in administration, human resources and operations matters when necessary.
- Assisting in Risk Management data gathering, consolidation and reporting using varied tools.
- Follow-up and managing on EHS/Risk Management items for reporting with Branches.
- Verifying and confirming data for reporting with Group.
- Updating data into system (experience in Enablon is a bonus).
- Coordination and support on shipping matters (includes logistics, warehouse and insurance).
- Management of marine insurance (includes online registration and monthly insurance declaration).
- Handling import and export matters (includes orders, shipments and calls to all parties on coordination and tracking).
- Assist in Annual Audit process and documentation ( Internal Audit)
- Good writing and communication skills especially is reports.
**Job Requirements**
- Tertiary qualification with at least 5 years experience in Business Administration.
- Skilled in report writing, detailed and able to meet timeline.
- Competent in data analysis and updating system reporting.
- Good knowledge in handling Risk Management Matters, Shipping (third party, warehouse, logistics and marine insurance) as well as general administration.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient and detailed in data collection, validation and consolidation for reporting.
- Articulate and skilled in English and Bahasa Malaysia - Spoken, Written and Reporting.
- Ability to communicate in other local dialects is an added advantage.
- Good in managing spike in workload and able to handle stress.
- Technology savvy - Microsoft Suite and Google Form
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
