**Job Description & Responsibility**
- Support the customer service operations of Shopee Chat an ensure platform’s Service Level Agreement is met. (12 hours response rate set by Shopee).
- Customer service includes but not limited to checking stock availability, correspondence regarding product visuals, order completion notification.
- Maintain price update operations for promotions/seasonal/mega sale activities.
- Assist in daily order to shipment and invoicing process.
- Coordinate inter-company transfers for stock movements when necessary.
- Keep products updated with latest info as required.
- Assist in resolution of accounts / dispute related matter.
- Manage product clearance based on product sales performance.
- Perform any other admin and operations task as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Min Diploma and above
- Proven experience as an Administrative/Marketing/E-commerce/Data Entry Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per month
