**Bilingual Customer Support Officer (English + French/German/Spanish/Japanese)**

**About the Role**

We are looking for individuals who is bilingual or a speaker in
**_either_**
**(German, Spanish, French, English or Japanese)** languages, to cater to our Global market audience that we now have and who genuinely cares about properly resolving customer issues from every point of the customer journey. To succeed, it’ll take a lot of heart, grit, and not another warm body that will robotically answer questions.

**We are NOT looking for**:

- Call center agents
- Script readers
- Keyboard warriors
- Unmotivated zombies
- Someone who thinks it’s just going to be another “job”

**What will you get up to**
- Defuse and resolve difficult customer interactions to make sure win-win outcomes are achieved
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure targets and service levels are met

- A full-time remote-based role without the night shift, if you want to come to the office (Bukit Damansara) some days, that is a bonus (but not a priority for us)

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone who is proficient in either one of this languages **(German, Spanish, French, English or Japanese)**:

- A passion for great customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- An energetic and super friendly nature that is ultra-customer-service-focused
- At least 3 years experience in Customer Support or Customer Service
