**About the role**

Coordinate the customs documentation and clearance tasks at branch level

**What you will be doing**

**Custom Declaration**
- Accepting and checking the instructions, information, and documents that enable the customs declaration to be made, in compliance with the regulations
- Determining and assigning a classification in accordance with the regulations and customs procedures, which enables the amount of the duties and levies (the customs payment) to be established
- Consulting the information system or the official documentation, in order to determine the documents to produce
- Drawing up and entering the declaration in the internal and/or external system, in order to prepare, and then submit the declaration
- Providing all the information required by the Customs Authorities.
- Delivering the necessary documents and the declaration to the Customs Clerk, in the event of an inspection or a physical check on the goods.
- Assisting with, and taking part in the physical checks on goods carried out by the Customs Authority, if required.

**Customs Procedures and Regulations**
- Playing a support role in the implementation of new regulations
- Providing technical support to the sales staff when they canvass and visit customers regarding Customs matters

**Specific Activities**

Carrying out any other request made by their manager.

**Requirements**:
**Technical**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customs matters. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Kursus Agen Kastam (KEK) certified is a bonus

**Behavioural**

**Language**

Fluent in English + local language
