**What You’ll Do**
- Serve as the main recruitment contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships.
- Understand client hiring needs, job roles, culture fit, and timelines through kick-off calls and briefs.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various industries.
- Screen, shortlist, and present qualified profiles to clients — with clear, concise summaries.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders (fill rates, pipeline status, time-to-fill).
- Meet or exceed weekly & monthly hiring targets and KPIs (e.g., submissions, interviews, placements).
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support large-scale hiring campaigns.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably from a recruitment agency.
- Proven success in delivering hires under tight deadlines — you’re used to targets and proud of hitting them.
- Strong client management skills: you know how to set expectations, follow up professionally, and handle feedback.
- Expertise in sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, professional, and proactive.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
