**Location**:Senai, Johor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate and negotiate potential investment (properties) opportunities in line with the REIT’s growth strategy
- Develop a growth strategy to build a pipeline of suitable properties for acquisition
- Assess property development and or redevelopment opportunities that are suitable
- Reviewing existing asset portfolio and consider divestment possibilities
- Conduct through market research/business intelligence and financial analysis to assess investment feasibility and risks
- Managing the entire acquisition/divestment process including due diligence, liaising with external consultants on the documentations and seeing through the acquisition/divestment completion process
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, real estate, legal and compliance to execute transactions efficiently
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management team and board of directors
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, property owners, developers and key industry stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging market opportunities
- Support fundraising initiatives by engaging with investors and fund managers

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, investment management, or real estate acquisitions.
- Strong knowledge of structures, real estate finance, and investment strategies.
- Proven track record of successful deal origination and execution.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial models and market data to support investment decisions.
- Strong network within the real estate and investment community.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
