Finance Manager

JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally. **The Finance Manager will be responsible for**: Business Partnering and Finance ManagementSupport the Finance and Commercial Lead and regional leadership team in handling business, operational, financial decision making, risk mitigation and other pricing advice in partnership with key stakeholders Responsible for CCN financial impact analysis and review. Provide management and oversight of, and support stakeholders with any data-related queries Monitor and review financial key performance indicators Monitor, analyse and report on month end results, cash flow, projects and to provide high quality financial support and advice to the business Reporting, Forecasting and PlanningProvide monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting and variance analyses, generate property lease data required and support stakeholders throughout these processes Responsible for the corporate budgeting and forecasting Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling where requested Generate and distribute month end journal entries, reports and analysis Data Management, Policies, Procedures and Audit Ensure data integrity of the systems across the region and audit data as specific in contract requirements Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are planned and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions Ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping with recognized quality management processes Support technology team to resolve integration issues Ensure the finance staff is well trained on the financial systems & are effectively able to extract data The Finance Manager will demonstrate the following competencies: Experience in contract management, budget and quarterly forecasting, reporting and analytics, and data management Operational experience understanding legislative requirements and client contractual obligations Deep understanding of account P&Ls; the drivers of value and risk, impact of changes in contract scope, portfolio profile and resource levels Can critically review financial, contract and sales information to provide constructive and relevant feedback and advice, shares learnings from comparable situations Leads by example and instils strong client focus into ways of working and process design Proven effective strategic leader with demonstrated skills in hiring, coaching and mentoring Fluent spoken and written English **Experience**: University degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance or relevant field (ACA, CIMA, CPA preferred) 6 years’ relevant facilities experience with contract administration and tendering experience will be an advantage Experience in leading finance in matrix environment including ability to manage through complexity and ambiguity Business partnering and commercial finance experience Personalized benefits that support personal well-being and growth: JLL recognizes the impact that the workplace can have on your wellness, so we offer a supportive culture and comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes mental, physical and emotional health.
