**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To assist in expanding the advisor force by recruiting new advisors for the team.
- To be the key contact point for the respective assigned advisors.
- To be the partner and key coach advisors on all Carewise product, sales, recruitment, objection handling training.
- To keep the advisors updated with the Carewise latest product updates, changes and etc
- To have the interests in constantly motivating the recruited advisors to sell and recruit.

**; Requirements: - Job Specification**:

- Preferably a minimum of 3 years experience in Agency Management/ Recruitment/ Business Development in Insurance or Takaful industry.
- Possess strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
- A self-starter with a pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
- One must have the mentality of “do whatever it takes to achieve”.
