**Responsibilities**:

- Management: Developing and implementing strategies to manage key accounts, identifying growth opportunities;
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of key account managers to achieve retention targets and KPIs, providing guidance and coaching to team members as needed;
- Retention Strategy Development: Collaborating with senior management to develop retention strategies and plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives;
- Performance Management: Setting and monitoring targets, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback and coaching to key account managers to ensure they are performing at a high level;
- Process Improvement: Analyzing Key Account processes and data to identify areas for improvement and implementing new processes and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
- Market Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes, as well as understanding the competition, to inform strategies and tactics;
- Reporting: Generating team reports to provide information on performance, customer feedback, and market trends;
- Troubleshooting: Finding solutions to any problems that may arise with key accounts, ensuring a smooth communication between customers and the company to maintain trust and lifetime contribution;
- Assisting team members with their onboarding and education processes;
- Leading weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews to identify successes and areas of improvement for the team;
- Continuous learning - acquiring and developing industry knowledge, personal skills, on an ongoing basis.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ year experience in a Sales, Partnership and/or Business;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of Clients (retail and institutional);
- Leadership Skills and holistic Business Development vision;
- Experience in managing a team;
- Proven track record of proactive Sales and Business Development competency;
- Strong leadership skills, proven track record of managing the Key Account Team;
- High level of integrity and dependability;
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment;
- Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company with the ability to build consensus;
- Experience of achieving results on international markets.
