**THE ROLE**
Janio is looking for a Key Account Manager, Indonesia to join our global accounts team. We are seeking a seasoned, numbers-driven, and solution-oriented individual to work closely with relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure the development and maintenance of corporate accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.- Negotiate contracts and manage assigned accounts in accordance with agreed targets, goals, and company guidelines.- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Janio's services.- Create and maintain account plans based on the key account planning process, including sign-off on the overall strategy.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support the sales team in acquiring new clients by providing insights and feedback from current accounts.
**Solution Development**:
- Analyze client requirements and design dedicated logistics solutions, ensuring value is created in the process.- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer support, IT) to implement and optimize solutions.- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
- Effectively hand over and transition new business to operations, ensuring customer requirements are met and commitments delivered.
**Client Support**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.- Resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.- Provide training and support to clients on Janio's platform and services.- Conduct regular business review sessions with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and explore opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Establish sustainable partnerships with assigned customers.
**Performance Tracking**:
- Track and report on key account metrics and performance indicators.- Proactively monitor monthly performance against defined targets, intervening promptly in case of deviations.- Ensure compliance with sales management processes, providing accurate and timely updates in the customer relationship management (CRM) and sales systems.
- Use data insights to improve client services and operational efficiency.
**Industry Expertise**:
- Represent Janio as an industry expert and build external network relations with senior management in customer organizations.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote Janio's brand and services.
**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success within the logistics or e-commerce industry.- Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts.- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and solution development skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.- In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
