**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department
- Performing general accounting data entry
- Prepare and compile financial documents such as cheques, invoices, payment vouchers, etc., filing, and liaison with other relevant departments
- Verify, record and post invoices and credit notes
- Follow on debtors' payments and update
- To perform any other ad-hoc work as assigned by the superior from time to time
**Job Requirements**:
- At least a Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 1 year similar experience though fresh graduates in Accounting/Finance are also encouraged to apply
- Willing to learn and committed to work
- Meticulous and eye for details
- Proficient in English and computer literate
- Work location : Glenmarie, Shah Alam
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
