**Responsibilities;**
- Analyze, organize and manage customer invoices.
- Audit invoices based on purchase orders.
- Research and resolve customer problems related to billing and payment.
- Verify and record business transactions.
- Manage check transactions and payments.
- Assist in procurement, payroll, and budget preparation activities.
- Participate in month end account closing activities.
- Perform account payable and receivable transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of bank accounts.
- Assist Account Executive from time to time in accounting matters.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Well organized
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
