If so, we want YOU to join our team as a General Admin Clerk

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Manage and organize workshop documents, invoices, and warranty/service claims
Handle cashier duties, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate records
Ensure accurate data entry for workshop transactions and service jobs
Track and follow up on pending claims, invoices, and outstanding payments
Assist in daily reporting, filing, and administrative support for workshop operations
Coordinate with the service team and accounts department to ensure smooth workflow

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in administration, accounting, or cashiering (preferred)
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to handle invoices, claims, and financial transactions accurately
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) & SQL Accounting.
✔️ Trustworthy, responsible, and able to work independently
✔️ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
