**Site Personnel benefits and Welfare**
1.Arrangement for medical, accommodation, transportation and banking etc.

2.Conduct inspection on accommodation and ensure subsequence rectifications accomplished.

3.Handling recruitment, quota by KDN, renewal work permits, licenses and passport

4.Liaise with government bodies and embassies pertaining with Foreign Workers.

5. Verify and compute the general workers (KSK) payroll and claims.

6. Assist in monitoring the renewal/expiry of contract employees.

**Training and development**

1. Ensure fulfilment of pre-training requisition
2. Training registration and payment arrangement
3. Follow up for certificate, post-training evaluation form and training material.
4. Ensure smooth execution of the training needs in accordance to the approved annual training plan and coordinate to achieve IMS training objective.
5. Ensure that training records are filed and maintained in accordance to IMS requirement.
6. Administer HRDF fund, grant and claim.
7. Facilitate for internal training.
**Recruitment of New Employee**

2. interview arrangement and reference check
3. arrange work required medical check-up (if any)
4. prepare the documentation/items/allocation for new hire
5. conduct induction program & office tour
6. update in HR system

7. ensure signed HR documents are in place

8. monitor & follow-up for all probationary staff monthly appraisal reviews until the new hire is confirmed

5.4 Employee welfare arrangement including arranging for any company event, welfare entitlement, insurance and medical related.
**Performance management**
1 Ensure monitoring & reporting of attendance
3 Conduct staff counselling (for non-executive & below)
4 Assist in misconduct investigation

**Housekeeping for office, common area, and compound**

1 Ensure smooth and safe daily operation

2 Ensure sufficiency on supply on stationary; uniform; and office necessities

3 Ensure cleanliness & tidiness and regular maintenance

4 Handling of improvement/expansion in office and common area

**Management of service contractors including IT, Cleaner, Security, Lift, Air-Condition and Transporter etc.**
1 Ensure vendors’ compliance to relevant Organization and Authorities’ SOPs.
2 Ensure work efficiency and compliancy
3 Conduct orientation for new contractor
4 Conduct regular spot checks and subsequent improvement

5 Highlighting irregularities and unacceptable standards or conduct, follow with necessary rectifications.

6 Arrange for vendors’ services (periodic or adhoc) and verify vendors’ charges accordingly.

7 Monitor and maintain vendors’ services records

8. Prepare payroll processing, payday, employee claim, overtime, and statutory payment (EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF etc) payment before the due date.
9. Compliance to rules and regulation of IMS, legal, company and HR policies.
10.To Assist in Other Administrative Support:

13. Renew and Maintain all Tenancy/Leasing Agreement.
14.Reservation and setup of meeting and board meeting rooms etc.
15.Arranging and coordinate travel itineraries, bookings, visas and accommodation and travel related matters.
16.Organizing Company event, trip, meeting, and training etc.
17. Maintenance of all Company properties - Building; Vehicles; Office Equipment; and Furniture etc.
18. Assist superior/ Head of Department as and when required and any other related assignments from time to time.

**Requirements;**
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED
1.Minimum 2 - 5 years of working experience in Human Resources field.
2.Understanding of relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
3.Computer Literate
4.Well versed with Bahasa Malaysia and the English language.
5.Effective Reporting and Decision-Making Abilities.
