Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Shah Alam. The intern will assist with various human resource tasks, including supporting HR management, executing HR policies, assisting with employee benefits administration, and assisting in personnel management activities. Additional responsibilities may include providing support for recruitment processes and maintaining HR records while ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and concepts
  • Familiarity with HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HR software tools is an advantage
