Responsible for day-to-day administration
- Handling sales enquiry
- To prepare/follow up documentation such as quotations, invoices, etc
- To arrange/follow up vendor payment according to deadline set.
- Communicate with internal and external parties on matter relates to administrative activities.
- Order and manage office supplies levels for departments and pantry restock.
- Inventory management, create and monitor asset and stock list.
- Maintain and upkeep office facilities ie printers, aircond, phone, fingerprint device etc.
- Manage and renew company yearly business license, premise license and other licenses.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence memos.
- Filing for all related documentation and maintain the filing system.
- Arrange meetings and update the schedule in Calendar.
- Ensure timely payment for all utilities bill.
- Prompt updates and reporting schedule
- Ad hoc duties are required from time to time
**; Requirements**:
- Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in office administration, billings and report compilation
- Good interpersonal and communications skill
- Meticulous and committed to complete task on the given deadline
- A strong team-player, analytical mindset and with a good interpersonal skill
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
