**Designation**: Content Moderator - Mandarin Speaker
**Location**: Kelana Jaya, Selangor (Work from Office)
**Salary**: RM 3,000 - RM 3,300
**Allowance**: RM 300 (Fix)
**Operation hours**:24/7 rotational shift, 5 working days, 2 days off

**Job Scope**:
1. Review seller, business and product information, short videos, and livestreams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
2. Review Product related moderation from seller and creator to ensure they are within the guidelines
3. Review contents within agreed latency SLA and standards of quality
4. Label Videos, Store Content and Text contents as per policy guidelines.
5. Read, review, respond, and document user reports, reviews, and support tickets
6. Perform reviews and research to provide excellent policy support
7. Collaborate with cross-functional resources to notify and escalate substantial risk content per policy to ensure quick resolution.

**Requirements**:
1. Preferable 6 months of related working experience
2. Fluency in English and mandarin languages
3. Flexible for shifting schedule and changes along with it

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
