- Review seller, business and product information, short videos and live streams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform
- Conduct basic data analysis and deliver defined process report..
- Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localisation as well as optimisation at scale.
- Collaborate with other functions of E-commerce business unit to complete the designated work to meet the team's goal
- Be comfortable working with data and reporting
- Working independently and within a team

Qualifications:

- Be able to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule
- Be able to work on site in Kelana
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in any feild
- Having worked for Singapore and Malaysia market is a plus
- Fresh graduates can apply
- Be flexible to work from home or on site

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
