Key Responsibilities

  • Content Review:Evaluate user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with company policies, community guidelines, and legal standards.
  • Harmful Content Identification:Flag and remove inappropriate materials such as hate speech, graphic images, spam, misinformation, and other prohibited content.
  • User Support:Respond to user reports and complaints, investigate issues thoroughly, and take appropriate action.
  • Policy Enforcement:Apply platform policies consistently and accurately when making decisions about content.
  • Escalation:Escalate complex, sensitive, or policy-violating cases to senior moderators or specialized departments for further review.
  • Tool Utilization:Use moderation tools to track, report, and resolve content violations efficiently.
  • Policy Improvement:Provide feedback and suggestions to help refine content moderation policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration:Work with other teams, including legal and support, to address content-related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
