About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Content Specialist to lead strategic content creation and optimization efforts that enhance customer experience and engagement. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing content strategies, managing CRM communication, and ensuring all messages align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize FastTrack CRM by producing content that enhances customer experience and improves overall performance.
  • Develop and execute content strategies to boost customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tactical content for multiple channels — including email, in-app notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide content guidelines and support for Business and Operations teams.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance across all communication platforms.
  • Promote a knowledge-sharing culture through effective communication and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same company or similar content-related role.
  • Proven experience in SEO, content strategy development, or within IT/digital product industries.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Fast learner with a data-driven approach and a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Result-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
