Mission

Elevate tigerlab and tigercare brand visibility in B2B insurance/InsurTech through crisp storytelling, consistent publishing, and disciplined analytics—fueling demand, enterprise visibility, and RFP invites.

What you'll do:-

  • Content production: Research, draft, edit, and proofread high-quality content (blogs, articles, press releases, case studies, social copy).
  • Design: Create visually appealing graphics (infographics, banners, quote cards) using Canva.
  • Social & community: Own the content calendar for LinkedIn (primary) and Meta/X (secondary). Post, engage, and report on a weekly basis.
  • Email/HubSpot: Build and send newsletters in HubSpot Marketing Hub, with list segmentation and send-time optimisation.
  • PR execution: Maintain a targeted media list, draft releases, coordinate distributions, and track pickups.
  • Market intel: Monitor InsurTech news and competitors; publish timely commentary and insights.
  • Analytics & Optimisation: Utilise GA4, LinkedIn Analytics, and UTMs to measure, learn, and iterate, delivering a monthly dashboard.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a content creation or digital communications role.
  • Portfolio:
    A strong writing portfolio that showcases your ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.

Tool Proficiency:

  • Mandatory: Expert-level skills in Canva.
  • Hands-on: Proven experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Familiarity: Basic understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • A plus: Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Core Skills: Exceptional English writing and structured editing skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines reliably.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Experience with short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut, Reels).
  • Familiarity with the B2B insurance or InsurTech industry.
