Job Overview

As a Content Moderator, you will review, filter, and monitor user-generated content on online platforms. You'll ensure all content is safe, appropriate, and follows community guidelines. This role requires strong attention to detail and fluency in Mandarin due to content language.

Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate content (text, images & videos).
  • Identify and remove content that violates guidelines.
  • Ensure user safety by managing sensitive or potentially harmful material.
  • Maintain accuracy and high-quality decisions.
  • Work closely with team leads on escalations and updates.
