Credit and Sales Admin

To be in charge of collections and issuing of invoice, debit note, credit note, original receipts and other related documents.
- To compose and prepare correspondences, reports, bills, and any documentation from the manager.
- To be incharge of the property division's stock and order take from supplier.
- Co-ordinate with purchasers, financiers & solicitors on loan documentation.
- Ensure that all documents and procedures are completed to ensure smooth hand over of properties to purchasers during completion.
- To prepare, process and check the documents relating to Sale and Purchase, Transfers, Loans, Sub-sales, Tenancies etc.
- To assist in general administrative duties for the property division.
- To handle data entry and filing.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in related field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (as role require to deal with mandarin speaking clients)
- Must have experience in the Property Development industry.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
