**Requirements**
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Customer Service, Business Admin, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in customer service, sales support, or data management.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Fluent in **Mandarin**, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage high volumes of leads calmly and efficiently.

**Responsibility**
- Accept incoming sales leads and segregate them according to regions and assigned agents.
- Ensure all leads are well-documented and tracked from initial enquiry to conversion.
- Follow up on sales leads to support successful closings and smooth handovers.
- Generate weekly reports on leads, closures, and customer engagement trends.
- Maintain clear records of customer communications and feedback for future reference.x
