Kuchai Lama, Malaysia ZIG ZAG BUILDERS (M) SDN. BHD. Full time 2,000 - 3,000 per year

Responsibilities Account:

  • Prepare account reports and submit to Chief Financial Officer.
  • Reconcile financial statements, prepare budgets and reports.
  • Prepare, send and file invoices as well as complete purchase orders.
  • Prepare payment to suppliers and contractors according to payment term.
  • Follow-up and collect payment from customers according to payment term.
  • Manage accounts and tax returns.

Admin:

  • Answer incoming calls and handle enquiries.
  • Keep track of and maintain company assets and infrastructures; maintain office environment.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organize travel arrangements for management and employees.

Performance Management:

  • Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance.
  • Prepare and submit performance management reports to Chief Financial Officer.
  • Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report.

Quality Management System:

  • Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Implement improvement in Finance & Account department.
  • Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties' requirements.
  • Ensure proper document and record keeping in Finance & Account department.

Requirements Education

  • Diploma in Accounting /LCCI

Experience

  • 1 years and above experience of bookkeeping
  • 1 years and above experience of admin
