**Job Title**: Admin Executive
**Department**: Administration
**Reports To**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities1. Accounting Support**
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers for approval.
- Support monthly reconciliation of bank statements and other financial records.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software.

**2. Human Resource Support**
- Manage and update employee records, including leave records, timesheets, and payroll information.
- Assist with the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist in organizing training sessions.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

**3. Administrative Support**
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling of meetings, and preparation of meeting minutes.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure all documentation and filing systems are well-organized and maintained.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or HR roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Pay: RM2,295.76 - RM5,462.88 per month
