To assist the Manager in the evaluation of tenders including checking tender documents, preparing tender cost comparisons, preparing tender clarification lists, conducting site visits, preparing internal memorandum and checking schedule of rates with the contractors.
- To attend tender briefing and tender clarification meetings when necessary.
- To prepare cost analysis for all awarded contracts including measurement, source & compile all documents, drawings, and prepare brief specification.
- To check the variation orders and final accounts including take off quantities, prepare cost estimates, liaison with group contract, contractors, suppliers & consultants and compile all necessary documents for approval.
- To keep and maintain all documentation and to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- To follow up on the status of the pre-qualification of new contractors or renewal of registered contractors and ensure approval is obtained prior to the recommendation of award.
- To assist the Manager in special assignments including measurements, site valuations, cost estimates, settlement of final accounts as directed from time to time in order to expedite the overall process.
- To prepare the Letter of Award when necessary.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proactive, dynamic and good team player
- Work location: Setia Alam
