**Job Overview**:
RPA Implementation & Support: Responsible for developing and maintaining automation workflows using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to streamline financial operations and reduce manual tasks.

Data Analysis & Optimization: Assists in analyzing process data, identifying automation opportunities, and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**RPA Development & Implementation**:
 Assist in the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

 Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

 Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and bots to support daily operations.

 Monitor RPA performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing maintenance and optimization.

 Document automation processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures for knowledge sharing.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**:
 Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.

 Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.

 Perform trend and predictive analysis to support business strategies and process improvements.

 Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into automation strategies and decision-making processes.

 Optimize data pipelines and automation workflows for enhanced performance and scalability.

**IT Support & Business-As-Usual (BAU) Tasks**:
 Support the IT team in daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of IT services.

 Assist with user account management, software updates, and system administration tasks.

 Support IT asset management, procurement processes, and vendor coordination.

 Document IT incidents, changes, and problem resolutions for continuous improvement.

 Assist in cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.

**Job Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in RPA development, IT support, or data analysis, preferably in a FinTech or financial services environment.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Strong understanding of automation workflows, process mapping, and scripting.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or VBScript is a plus.
- Experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Familiarity with IT troubleshooting, system administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Added advantage:

- Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer).
- Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
