About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive RPA Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation tool, process analysis, and workflow optimization.

The RPA Developer will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing and deploying RPA solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Blue Prism tool.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Document automation solutions and create technical specifications and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation design.
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in one or more RPA platforms (Most preferably Blue Prism tool, if not, good to go with UiPath or Automation Anywhere experience).
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and business analysis.
  • Familiarity with Mainframe application, APIs, enterprise systems integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • RPA certification (e.g., BluePrism Developer Certification).
