1. Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection. 2. Generate reports and present data analysis to QA Supervisor. Other duties assigned by the QA Supervisor from time to time. 3. Develop standard protocols in carrying out in-house experiments/ testing. 4. Study and analyze customers’ complaints and problems encountered by workers. 5. Make sure records of suppliers’/ customer's technical specification are up-to-date. 6. Carry out training for all the workers on proper handling of measuring equipments. 7. Responsible for the preparation of the Certificate of Analysis. 8. Responsible for handling of customers’ returned goods.
