**Job Summary**
- Handle full spectrum of hr management & team development in the company.
- Advise Management on the adoption of correct HR strategies to achieve mid term d long term goals of the company.
- Oversee recruitment and manpower processes ensure in line with the company needs from time to time.
- Draft & revise company policies suits to the latest revision and changes of labour, environment and social responsibilities legislative.
- Compile training programs and gap analysis to ensure effectiveness of the skills transitions. Plan & revise annual budget and training funding.
- Keep pace of salary benchmark, benefits records and budget spending comparisons.
- Conduct occasion research on new positions, salary scales and market pay structures.
- Lead performance appraisal events and bonus allocations quota.
- Draft and amend employment contracts and contractor agreements.
- Keep pace on grievances and disciplinary & industrial cases with Mgmt Team
- Draft & recommend HRIS programs ( digitization & technology upkeep of HRIS)
- Measure staff affiliation programs success and participation rate
- Manage Company Branding Events and Career Exhibition Programs
- Promote Innovation to maximize manpower utilizations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or HR Managements.
- Fresh Graduate Are Welcome
- Pleasant Personality and Good Communication in English.
- Can start within moderate notice period.
- Posses own transport and can travel to outstation
