**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Additional certifications like CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA (basic), or similar are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experiences of experience in a technical support role or a similar IT position.
- Knowledgeable in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless technologies.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Familiar with security tools and protocols (e.g., antivirus software, firewalls).
- Must possess their own transportation.
- Applicants must be **willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.**:

- Full-Time position(s) available
- Monday - Friday
- Set up, install, and maintain office and factory desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues to ensure efficient operation.
- Assist in installing and configuring operating systems, software, and basic network equipment.
- Provide first-level support for wired and wireless network issues (e.g., connectivity, IP conflicts).
- Troubleshoot network problems and ensure proper functionality of routers, switches, and access points.
- Monitor and assist in maintaining file servers, backup systems, and infrastructure.
- Perform server updates, patches, and backups under supervision.
- Help troubleshoot server issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Provide technical support to users (desktop/laptop issues, password resets, software installations).
- Log and track support requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Offer basic training on IT tools and best practices.
- Assist in routine system maintenance (software updates, patches).
- Ensure antivirus, firewall, and security protocols are in place and functioning.
- Assist with basic security checks and escalate issues to senior IT staff.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and configurations.
- Assist in creating/updating IT procedure and configuration documentation.
- Provide support for tasks like equipment relocation, AV system setups, and infrastructure-related projects.
- Assist with maintaining IT inventory records.
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
