JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:

- Ensure that all operation tasks are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Report and escalate all key critical issues as needed.
Analyse customer/sales and delivering various trend reports to management.
- Train the trainer for product, sales campaign for all regional sales distribution.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between regional and HQ and provide feedback and solutions.
- Collaborate with influencers and work closely with product, business development and CLM team to manage the best possible customer experience.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to work and manage in a fast pace and challenging environment
- Mature, dynamic and proactive
- Able to organize resources, present report and coordinate project work
