We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join a leading global company in the lifestyle retail industry. **Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver outstanding service to customers following established service standards.
- Create a positive and collaborative team environment where ideas and feedback are encouraged.
- Assist across different store functions, including customer service, product knowledge and placement, visual merchandising, and stock room organisation.
- Support daily retail operations such as POS system transactions, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Lead by example and work with store management to improve personal sales performance and KPIs through effective selling techniques.
- Follow company policies and procedures on asset protection, inventory control, and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum SPM / O Level or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in retail.
- Fluent in English
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
