As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing world-class service to our valued shoppers every day. From educating customers about our products, in-store promotions, and events to supporting the store team in achieving company goals, this position offers strong growth potential alongside some of the best teammates and partners in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent customer experiences using established service standards.
- Actively contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas, feedback, and suggestions.
- Learn and assist across various store functions including customer service, product knowledge and merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
- Support daily retail operations such as operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, replenishing stock, handling pricing and markdowns, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards.
- Lead by example and work closely with Store Management to improve personal performance metrics through effective sales techniques.
- Follow Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory management, and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a minimum of SPM / O Level or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in retail.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
