About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team at DM LUXSHOP SDN BHD, based in our Bukit Jalil &Kuala Lumpur City store. This full-time role will see you working within our dynamic and fast-paced luxury retail environment, providing exceptional service and product knowledge to our discerning customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
  2. Demonstrating deep product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  3. Maintaining immaculate presentation of the store and products at all times
  4. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  5. Participating in inventory management and stock replenishment
  6. Contributing to the achievement of departmental and store sales targets
  7. Adhering to company policies, procedures and brand standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a luxury retail or high-end customer service environment
  2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  4. Passion for the luxury retail industry and a keen interest in fashion, design or lifestyle products
  5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  6. Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
