Our client, a reputable and largest **Vehicle Service Center** in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for more passionate **Finance Executives** to join their team. As part of the company, you will work with their Finance team to handle the accounting duties for the company.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Report to Assistant Finance Manager (AFM)/ Finance Manager (FM)
- Assist to prepare composite reports for manufacturers
- Assist to provide accounting information to AFM/FM
- Prepare monthly vehicle invoicing
- Posting for all supplier invoices for operations team
- Performed monthly reconciliation of supplier statement against system and feedback accordingly if there is any discrepancy found
- Ensure system record are properly maintain for vehicle stock movement
- Check and verify monthly sales commission are accurate and all documents are complete before submit to AFM/FM for review
- Assist AFM/FM to compile information for tax agents for company’s tax computation
- Assist AFM/FM to work with external auditors
- Ensure Company’s policies and controls are in place all the time
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Management

**_Additional Information/ Requirement: _**
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, LCCI or equivalent Accountancy qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required
- Knowledgeable in AR, AP and bank reconciliation
- Knowledge of Autoline system will be added advantage
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
- Attention to detail
