Service Coordinator

**Job description**:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Arrange schedule and appointment for Technician
- Always maintain a customer records keep in proper manner, update customer data base. Time tracking and spare parts tracking for team of technician must be monitoring effectively.
- To ensure a general administrative duties, such as invoicing listing, monitoring key performance indicators, report writing and service report towards deadlines.
- Assisting the service team to process customer warranty claim, complies all the document ensure all the document are in informative manner.
- Working closely with internal team members to assist handling any technical enquiries such as handling the parts manual, machine specification and spare parts information.
- Handle on ad-hoc project/assignment
**Requirement**:
- Higher Education (SPM)/Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
- Can speak mandarin is an added advantage.
- Applicant must be willing to work at Puchong.
- Familiar with Autocount system is an advantage.

**Working Days & Hours**:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
