**REQUIREMENT**:Possess own transport.
- Age 18 to 35
- Willing to work extra hours & rotational shift.
- Willing to relocate to other outlets.
- Willing to handle alcohol.
- Not pregnant/pregnancy plan.
- Appearance - no long hair, earring for male, no tattoo, no mustache, no long nail.
- Completed 2 dose Covid-19 vaccination.
- Experience in Supervisor or Manager role. ( Retail/F&B)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- **Khidmat Pelanggan**:_
- Sambut dan bantu pelanggan dengan mesra dan membantu.
- Menyediakan maklumat tentang produk, promosi dan perkhidmatan.
- Mengendalikan pertanyaan, kebimbangan dan aduan pelanggan secara profesional dan segera.
- Memastikan kepuasan pelanggan melalui perkhidmatan yang penuh perhatian
- **Pengendalian dan Transaksi Tunai**:_
- Mengendalikan cashier dan mengendalikan transaksi tunai dengan tepat.
- Memproses pembayaran, bayaran balik dan pertukaran mengikut dasar kedai.
- Kekalkan laci tunai yang seimbang dan selaraskan urus niaga pada penghujung syif.
- **Pengendalian Stok**:_
- Terima dan buka bungkusan barangan, semak ketepatan dan kualiti.
- Rak stok, rak dan paparan untuk mengekalkan penampilan kedai yang kemas dan teratur.
- Pantau tarikh luput produk dan ganti stok mengikut keperluan.
- Membantu dalam pengurusan inventori dan menjalankan pemeriksaan stok secara berkala.
- **Pembersihan dan Penyelenggaraan**:_
- Pastikan kedai bersih, teratur dan diselenggara dengan baik.
- Lakukan tugas pembersihan rutin seperti menyapu, mengemop dan membersihkan habuk.
- Pastikan rak dan paparan dilabel dengan betul dan ditanda harga.
- **Pematuhan dan Keselamatan**:_
- Patuhi dasar, prosedur dan garis panduan kedai.
- Pantau dan laporkan sebarang aktiviti yang mencurigakan atau kebimbangan keselamatan.
- Ikuti protokol keselamatan untuk mengekalkan persekitaran yang selamat untuk pelanggan dan kakitangan.
- **Kerjasama Pasukan**:_
- Bekerjasama dengan ahli pasukan dan berkomunikasi dengan berkesan.
- Membantu dalam melatih kakitangan baharu mengikut keperluan.
- Bekerjasama dengan rakan sekerja untuk mencapai matlamat dan objektif kedai.
- **Penyediaan Makanan**:_
Mematuhi piawaian keselamatan dan kebersihan makanan dalam pengendalian dan penyimpanan produk makanan.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,650.00 per month
