Personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the Sales & Marketing Director in managing business-related activities.
- Scheduling business and personal meetings and making travel arrangements.
- Attending to administrative and confidential matters assigned by the Director.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, arranging appointments, writing minutes, and following up with respective parties to ensure each task is completed.
- Preparing personal claims and corporate card submissions to finance accurately and on time.
- Coordinating with respective persons-in-charge in the development on completion of projects/assignments.
- Liaising with internal and external contacts.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and interacting professionally with all levels of personnel, clients, and business partners.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Possess a Degree certificate level in any relevant field.
- Minimum a 2 to 5 years working experiences for the similar role. _**Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.**_
- Good command of English & Mandarin.
- Able to handle multiple assignments and with good time management.
- High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality always.
- Able to perform work independently with self-awareness.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
