- We are now hiring a Personal Assistant to our Company Director, aka a mother of three, who has a back-to-back daily schedule and a number of family and company events/meetings/business appointments to attend.
- We're looking for a personal assistant who has experience in family assistance to assist with her daily personal and business schedule.
- Here are your job scopes:
1) Act as a point of contact between her and her staff/business counterparts.
- 2) Assist in business/personal/family matters and affairs, including arrangements for guests, children, drivers, deliveries of gifts, etc.
- 3) Manage her daily schedule, assessing the priority of appointments and reallocating as necessary.
- 4) Manage travel arrangements (including a travel or work visas if necessary).
- 5) Answer and respond to all kinds of correspondence.
- 6) Manage, co-ordinate, and schedule service contractors for office and household repairs and maintenance.
- 7) Plan and execute social events and private functions, including gift buying.
- 8) Attend to other ad-hoc duties as and when requested.-
